Tom Lombardo: Poetry Series Editor
Tom Lombardo of Atlanta, GA, is editor of The Tom Lombardo Poetry Selections for Press 53. Tom actively reads journals, magazines, ezines, and anthologies in search of poets to bring to Press 53 by way of The Tom Lombardo Poetry Selection series. In 2008, Tom edited and published After Shocks: The Poetry of Recovery for Life-Shattering Events (Sante Lucia Books), which features 152 poems by 115 poets from 15 countries. Tom is a widely published and respected poet, and is a graduate of the MFA program at Queens University in Charlotte, NC. His mission is to bring 4-6 poetry collections to Press 53 each year. Kevin Morgan Watson: Founding Editor

Kevin Morgan Watson founded Press 53 in October 2005 and serves as Editor-in-Chief with a special focus on Short Fiction and Poetry. As a publisher, he has worked with writers ranging from first-time published authors to winners of the National Book Award and Pulitzer Prize. As a writer, his short stories, poetry, and essays have appeared in numerous publications, including the 2002 TallGrass Writers Guild/Outrider Press anthology Take Two—They’re Small, where his short story “Sunny Side Up” won first prize. Kevin also serves as an advisor for student adaptation of short stories to screenplays with the screenwriting faculty at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts, School of Filmmaking in Winston-Salem, NC. Contact Kevin directly by email..

Christine Norris: Fiction Editor
Christine Norris is fiction editor at Press 53. She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2011 with a degree in English and Russian literature. Her passions include grammar, punctuation, and spelling, and she reads voraciously. Christine manages the Press 53 Blog that features "Flash Fiction Fridays," and our "5 questions and 3 Facts Author Interviews." Christine also does freelance editing work. Contact Christine at
Pamela Uschuk and William Pitt Root: Poetry Series Editors
The Silver Concho Poetry Series is edited by wife/husband team  Pamela Uschuk and William Pitt Root. Pamela's literary prizes include the Dorothy Daniels Writing Award from the American League of PEN Women, Simi Valley, the King's English Poetry Prize, the New Millennium Poetry Prize, the Iris Poetry Prize, The Ronald H. Bayes Poetry Prize, the Tucson/Pima Literature Prize, and Struga Poetry Prize for a theme poem. She has also won awards and honors from the Chester H. Jones Foundation, Wildwood Journal, and Amnesty International. Her work has been translated into a dozen languages, and it appears over 300 journals and anthologies worldwide. She won the 2010 American Book Award, for Crazy Love: New Poems. Pamela is also editor of Cutthroat Magazine: A Journal of the Arts.
William Pitt Root served as Tucson Poet Laureate from 1997 to 2002, and taught at Hunter College. He was a US/UK Exchange Artist, Rockefeller Foundation Fellow, Guggenheim Fellow, Wallace Stegner Fellow at Stanford University, and an NEA Fellow. He is the author of numerous books and his work has appeared in hundreds of publications. He is poetry editor of Cutthroat Magazine: A Journal of the Arts.
